Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Refunds
Once a return is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed where applicable.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or through another suitable method depending on the payment method used.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may require additional customer verification and may be processed through an appropriate refund method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Aliby may arrange or reimburse return shipping where applicable.

Exchange
